How can I view a website in the same way my users can?

Sometimes it can help to see what the user sees e.g. if they need help with something on your site – as such it is possible to "ghost" as a user. Firstly:

Go to Admin > Control Panel > User Management.

Secondly, click the Ghost label next to their name/email – you are now effectively logged in as that user and seeing what they see. To stop ghosting, click the Logout link at the top of the screen, this will return you to your own account/privileges.

How do I create website admins?

Ask the person who you want to be a Site Admin to first create an account on your website. To do this they should navigate to the registration page on your website (usually yourwebsite.com/register) and set up an account. Once this is done, let us know either via a Support Ticket or by contacting our office, and we will upgrade their user permissions to Site Administrator.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, you can easily reset it. Navigate to the login page on your website (usually yourwebsite.com/login) and click the 'forgotten password' link. Enter your email address into the box and click 'Reset', this will email you a special link that will allow you to reset your password.

Remember to always create a strong, unique password for each website/service that you use online.
