Headings are used to break up your page into its main sections.

Subheadings are the lowest level heading option - they can be used to break up your content into smaller sub-sections.

• Always use headings/subheadings in order i.e. don't jump from the title to a subheading
• Keep all Titles, Headings and Subheadings concise but descriptive - never use more than one sentence
