The A-Z of Services provides an overview of the services offered by your parish or council, accessible to your users.

Each service is accompanied by its respective source information. Your parish will automatically link to the council it falls under (in this instance, either Borough or County).

For services specific to your parish (e.g., Bumbleton-on-Tweed), you can provide a direct link to a dedicated information page. If such a page hasn't been created or designated, a contact form will be displayed instead unless it's hidden.

To start making adjustments, in the top admin bar hover over admin and click 'Control Panel'.

Under content management, click 'Council Services'.

You'll then see a list of the services.

The first option is to connect it to a pre made page. Click the choose page button, and find the page you would like to connect it to.

Your second option is to add an external link.

Your third option is to hide the page. This mean it will not appear in your list.

However, if you do not link your service, or hide it, users will be directed to a form.

When you're ready to publish your changed, click the 'Submit' button.

If you'd like to add a new service, scroll to the bottom and click 'Add Service'.

From here, you can add the information about your additional service. When you're done, click save to publish it to your site.
