Please note due to different Android versions, manufacturers, things might be slightly different in places. Please also make sure to delete the current app from your phone completely so it doesn't cause any confusion!
Method 1 - computer or phone web browser
- Open the "Join on web" link in an internet browser
- Make sure top-right you are signed into the correct Google account with the approved email
- Click "Become a tester"
- Once you're in the beta, click "download it on Google Play"
- Click "Install"
- Wait a couple of minutes for Google to install the app to your phone
- The app should be installed on your phone
Method 2 - Google Play Store app
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Click the avatar top-right, this will show the account you are signed into
- If you are not using the approved email, you will need to click the small arrow on the right of the email, they will show the other accounts on the device, they need to then select the other account or Add another account and sign in to the correct account
- Open the "Join on Android" link on your phone
- Click you'd like to join the beta
- Once you're in the beta, install the app
